International Transactions and Bank/ Credit Card Fees
For international transactions, some banks and credit cards impose fees and, if you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee.
In that case, this means that the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website.
In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since Odysseus App, LLC may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier.
The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
Currency Converter
In calculating the amount payable we have the right to round up a nominal amount (such as 1 cent, 2 yen, 3 rupees) for each line item to account for variances in the way we and our suppliers handle currency conversions.
If a currency convertor is available on the App/Website, the following terms and conditions apply:
i. Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only;
ii. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary;
iii. Currency quotes are not updated every day;
iv. Check the date on the currency converter feature for the day that currency was last updated;
v. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but we or our Affiliates, and/or our respective suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy;
vi. When using this information for any financial purpose, we advise you to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates;
vii. We do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than your personal use and you are expressly prohibited from the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

Rewards, Credits & Wallet
1. According with the OdysseusApp, LLC. policy and business model, we may issue rewards to you – at our sole discretion, subjected to availability - for those trips that you achieve inspire to other users, depending in the elements of the trip that you achieve inspire (accommodation, flights or other kind of touristic experiences in the package).
2. If we make an administrative error (i) in calculating your Rewards or (ii) in converting currencies related to your Rewards, we will do our best to change or correct any balances shown.
3. When a Reward is available, we’ll explain what the specific conditions are and how to use it, and you’ll receive a notification in the app about the import of the reward, always depending in the amount of trips or separate items that you inspire.
4. Once you’ve received one or more Rewards (€; a commission from the whole trip, to determine by Odysseus or his Affiliates depending each trip or determined items from the trip), you’ll find a ‘Wallet’ screen in your Odysseus-App or App account. Under the ‘Wallet’ screen, you’ll see all the Rewards you’ve earned, what actions (if any) still need to be taken to obtain the Reward(s), and any other terms and conditions.
5. Rewards give you (a) Credits in your Wallet or (b) something different (e.g. a Credit Card Cashback, or a voucher). We’ll explain each Reward at the appropriate time.
6. It is imperative to receive any type of Rewards, you must, when qualifying for and using the Credits: i. have an Account with us; ii. be at least 18 years old; iii. meet the Individual Reward Criteria; iv. not violate the Rewards & Wallet Terms, and have a valid credit card, to qualify for Credit Card Cashback Rewards -if it is available, and at our sole discretion.
7. At the moment that a Reward is available in our account, the Individual Reward Criteria will explain how (and if) you can qualify for it. There may be: a. time-sensitive restrictions(e.g. offers with expiry dates) b. platform restrictions (e.g.promotional codes that can only be used in our app) c. property restrictions (e.g.offers that can only be used with specific Service Providers) d. a minimum spend (e.g. a Reward that you’ll only earn when you spend at least a certain amount on a Booking) e. a maximum Reward value (for either monetary or non-monetary Rewards). f. a timeframe depending on the execution of the inspired travel (at the moment that we earn our fee’s for our services, you’ll receive the corresponding depending the elements that you inspired).
8. The Rewards that you may receive cannot be sold, encumbered or transferred in any way to a third party.In the event of an Account holder’s death, their Account will be closed and their Rewards (if any) will be cancelled.
9. All data, including personal data, will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations. It will be shared with Group Companies orService Providers as required by the Wallet programme. Lost, stolen or expired Rewards will not be replaced.
10. Your obligations: a. You’re responsible for making sure that all information is (and stays) correct, complete and up to date; b. If we ask you for proof of ID, please provide it within 30 days; c. You’re responsible for keeping your Wallet sign-in details safe and secure.
11. If you don’t adhere to the rules in this section, we may automatically suspend or cancel your Wallet.
12. You may not use your Wallet or Rewards in any way that is misleading, unfair or harmful.
13. We may set off/settle any or all of your Credits against any claim we (or a Group Company) have against you. We may do this at any time, and without advance notice.
14. We may change, suspend or end any aspect of the Wallet, Rewards and Credits. In particular, we might change: a. These Rewards & Wallet terms; b. Which users we allow to have a Wallet; c. Which Rewards or Credits we provide; d. The expiration dates of any Rewards or Credits; e. Any Individual Reward Criteria. f. Others at our sole discretion.
15. We will make reasonable efforts to give you prior notice if we make any changes or stop providing Wallets overall.
16. If we stop providing Wallets, all Credits and Rewards that haven’t expired will be valid for another 12 months.
